Please bring $10.00 and a completed entry form to Peteetneet with EACH quilt to be entered. 

Quilts can be no larger than 90” x 108” (No king size quilts).   Limit 2 entries per person.

Youth Quilts (Maker must be 18 years or younger)
Challenge Quilts (Made from previous year's Challenge Fabric - There is no Entry Fee for these quilts)

Master Quilter (Any quilter that has ever won "Best of Show" will automatically be entered in this category)

All Entry Forms and Quilts must be submitted at the Peteetneet Museum on the following dates:
Wednesday, September 27:   12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Thursday, September 28:  10:00 am - Noon

All Entries Must be picked up on Monday, October 9,  5:00 pm.

Guidelines:
A $10.00 entry fee will be charged for each article entered.  Quilts displayed may be offered for sale with 10% of the sale price going to the Peteetneet Arts Council, a non-profit organization.

The following types of quilts are eligible: scrap, applique, pieced, traditional, foreign, heirloom, contemporary, machine or hand quilted. Any size will be accepted.  Items eligible include those made by youth groups, Relief Societies, clubs, friends, relatives, quilt classes, etc.  Items previously submitted to our The Payson Quilt Show are not eligible.

The Payson Quilt Show reserves the right to determine what, how, and where the entries will be displayed.  

This year there will be 1 Judges Choice Best of Show Award and 1 Viewer's Choice Award.  There will also be up to 3 ribbons awarded by judges if merited in each category (First, Second and Third place).
